Why is a healthy lifestyle so important?

Scientific studies have shown that a healthy lifestyle significantly reduces the risk of serious diseases and premature death. My aim is to help you change your behaviour so that you can live healthier and longer.

Quality sleep, a balanced and nutritious diet, and sufficient physical activity can significantly improve your overall health, well-being and quality of life. By adopting the right habits and taking care of your health and body every step of the way, you will soon be enjoying incredible changes. A disciplined path to good health is not easy, but it will enable you to be healthy and kicking.

Better organise your eating habits

A balanced diet is very important for our health, well-being and physical performance. According to studies, switching to a healthy diet even at the age of 60 can increase life expectancy by up to 9 years.

Regularly engage in physical aerobic activity

Studies show that physical activity significantly improves our well-being. When muscles get enough exercise, they produce myokines, i.e. the hormones that have a positive effect on many of our body processes. These hormones move from the muscles to our major organs—brain, heart, liver, kidneys and intestines—and keep them functioning properly.

Get quality sleep

Longevity depends on quality, restful sleep and a good sleep routine. An adult should get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Lack of sleep is detrimental to the health of the body and especially the brain, to learning and work efficiency, memory, physical performance, mood and happiness, and affects life expectancy.
